Landlords
The Green List helps renters identify housing options that have met Huntington’s enhanced housing standards.
Each landlord profile includes the best way to contact them. Each landlord has been recommended and verified by the City’s Chief Building Inspector and Housing Inspectors. By increasing transparency and promoting quality housing, the Green List helps students, families, and renters make more informed decisions about where they live.
To browse properties, please contact the landlords directly. An interactive map has been provided that shows all rentals listed on the Rental Registry as of November 1, 2026.
